The Graces demanded of a fisherman that he judge which of them was most beautiful. His honest answer, “Yer none on ye a patch on my Griselda,” was not what they wanted to hear, and they blasted him with lightning, and his Griselda with him.
Moral: An honest heart beats longest in a tactful bosom.
